Finally it’s happened: the reveal date for the new Xbox has been set. On 21 May 2013 Microsoft will be showing the world its new console and here at 1001-Up.com we can’t wait. The good thing is the reveal won’t be a journalist only event, and it will be streamed on Xbox.com and Xbox Live.
“On that day, we’ll share our vision for Xbox, and give you a real taste of the future. Then 19 days later at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, we’ll continue the conversation and showcase our full line up of blockbuster games,” said Xbox Live’s Director of Programming Larry Hryb in a blog post.
So pretty big words from Microsoft there, although this quote suggests that the full story won’t be told on 21 May 2013. But we’ll still watching on the edge of our seats to know what the future of gaming will be.
